Jovana’s artistic exploration dives deep into the relationship between the inner and outer worlds, the visible and invisible—key elements of the environment in which she wishes to depict her constant struggle in a world full of influence. Most of the works consist of drawings that place at their core her feeling of belonging in the given atmospheres, in which she searches for various levels of meaning concerning personal freedom. Within this layered content, her poetic expression is often defined by surreal atmospheres set in a dark imagined space, where these become stripped and irrelevant.
