Primarily captivated by its visual qualities – form, color, composition, the play of light and shadow, refined taste, and personal impression – she does not search for symbolic meaning, healing properties, or the Latin names of genus and species. Her photographs are not burdened by ecological rhetoric, mysticism, religious, or scientific discourse; they are artistically purified, stylized, and minimalist compositions of Nature’s DNA and us as its masterpiece.
