”It should be understood that in this postmodern age, all those neglected values—friendship, empathy, a return to nature, and its preservation—are emerging as a necessity.”
What drives you?
Nature, positive people, creative ideas.
All of these are my children…
For me, only in the most literal and most important sense – my son Relja.
What else do you do?
All those things that reveal something new in me or around me.
What should an artist possess, qualities and skills?
Dedication, perseverance, curiosity, courage.

Criticism? Who or what can influence your work? …the presentation of your work?
I am often my own harshest critic, which has both advantages and disadvantages. An artist must be persistent and uncompromising in their work and exploration. On the other hand, the art system is vast, and every recognition or presentation depends on many circumstances.
Who is your superhero? Who are today’s superheroes?
Doctors, scientists, talented children, and all people fully dedicated to their work and craft.
What does isolation mean to you?
In this case, inevitability. But it is always useful for self-reflection and focused work.
What good can come out of this situation?
We need to realize that in this postmodern era, all those neglected values—friendship, empathy, a return to nature and its preservation—become necessary.
Do you have a TV at home?
Yes, but I rarely watch anything.

Do you listen to the radio?
Yes, while driving.
Bicycle or sand?
Bicycle.
Are you vegan or vegetarian?
No.
Beer or wine?
Depends on the occasion.
Do you recycle?
Whenever it makes sense.

Book / Film?
Lately, mostly literature on art history and theory.
And music…?
While painting, definitely—varied.
