Wherever you are, BE THERE FULLY.
If you truly know your mind, the body will always be its honest reflection. Follow your emotions or feel them in your own body. If there is a conflict between them, the thought will be false and the emotion true, at least in that moment. Wherever you are, the reflection of the sunrise and sunset is you.
